At Elecwish, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.

General Returns

1. All Elecwish purchases can be free to return for product quality problem within 30 days of date of purchase (return period).

2. The 30-day, return policy applies only to the products purchased from elecwish website. We do not take responsibility for the orders from other platforms.

3. The 30-day, return policy is only for orders within the continental United States.

4. All Elecwish return for opened products and all without any product quality problem will be deducted a 10 percent restocking fee from the refund amount.

5. All Elecwish return after 30 days of receipt will be deducted a 10 percent restocking fee from the refund amount.

6. All Elecwish return be deducted freight cost if the package is not complete.

Which items are eligible for return?

 To qualify for a general return, merchandise: 

  • Must be in its original condition
  • Must be free from scratches and/or defects 
  • Must not have been installed 
  • Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging and be free of writing. 
  • Must not be missing pieces 
  • Must not be clearance/liquidations/closeout 
Note: 30-day returns must with the original contents attached and with the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund.
Not Returnable / Refundable?
  • Commercial Purchases: once shipped, orders for commercial use are not returnable/ refundable. If anything is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, the order is fully covered under warranty for repair/replacements. Canceled orders are subject to a 15% fee, including orders canceled due to shipping delays.
  • Items that are marked "final sale," "clearance," "as is" or "made-to-order"
  • Bundle discounts (unless the entire bundle is returned)
  • Gift or those orders with an actual payment of $0.
We suggest you to purchase sample units before place bulk orders to ensure that you and/or your clients have the opportunity to really get a sense of how the piece you are considering will work in your space.

For delivery
  • If the order is cancelled on the same day of delivery or after the delivery service is completed, the shipping fee will not be refunded. 
  • Do not provide recycling or shipment services for old and second-hand product.
  • Do not sell and deliver any parts or replacement.

 

1. I received the wrong item. How do I get a refund?

You may initiate a return for an incorrect item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, within 30 days of receipt for a part of amount to refund.

Once we receive your return, your refund will post to your credit or debit card account within 7 to 10 business days.
General Exchanges & Cancellations
Because we process orders quickly, there is limited time during which an order can be changed or cancelled. You can request to exchange an item or change your contact and delivery details, you can also cancel any order and get a full refund before it ships. Once the order canceled, we will refund and send an order refund and cancelled email to you.
Can I change my order?
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color, different size, a totally different product or to amend your contact and delivery details before it ships, we are happy to help! You can contact us.
How do I cancel my order?
You can contact us, and we will cancel it and give you a full refund. But the cancellation requests are not guaranteed to be fulfilled, as we will not allow items to be canceled once they have been in transit or been prepared for shipment.
If you missed the time to cancel the order, just refuse the delivery, or contact us within 30 days. Once you've notified us, we'll let you know how to send the item back once it arrives. Once the item gets back to our warehouse, you'll receive a full refund. Please note, shipping costs may apply!

General warranty
1. What items can be guaranteed?
Most damages can be repaired for free, except for deliberate damages.
2. How long can I enjoy this service?
Within 3 years of receipt, but some products are subject to the actual warranty period of the product.
3. How do I set up a replacement?
You can contact customer service via email or phone. Then we will exchange the goods for you after confirmation.
