General Returns

Returns and exchanges for most item(s) may be initiated for product quality problem within 7 days of receipt, if you choose to refund, refunds will be applied to your account once the item has been received and inspected through our warehouse. 

All elecwish.com purchases may be returned or exchanged within 30 days during the use if there has product quality problems, but a full refund cannot be initiated. Part of the amount to refund will be according to the product problem, or make up the difference to exchange the product.

To qualify for a general return,

The item(s):

Must be in resalable condition 

Must be free from scratches and/or defects 

Must not have been installed 

Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging and be free of writing. 

Must not be missing pieces 

Must not be clearance/liquidations/closeout 

30-day returns must with the original contents attached and with the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

1. How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including return shipping cost) within 30 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 31 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.

2. Which items are eligible for return?

Most items can be returned within the stated time frame for a refund or store credit (see EXCEPTIONS list below). To qualify for a general return, the item:

3. Is there a restocking fee? Is there return shipping cost?

There is no restocking fee.

For eligible returns, the return shipping costs will be bearded by customers.

4. I received the wrong item. How do I get a refund?

You may initiate a return for an incorrect item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, within 30 days of receipt for a part of amount to refund. 5. How do I set up a return?You can contact customer service by email or phone.It's not a product quality problem:The customer bears the shipping cost and makes a return label for the return to our warehouse.It's the product quality problem:We bear the shipping cost, we will make the return label. Then we will give you the return label after confirmation. After you print and paste it on the package, wait for the Courier to pick it up and ship it.

6. When will I get a refund?
We will issue your refund within 7 working days once we receive the item.

Most damages can be repaired for free, except for deliberate damages.

2. How long can I enjoy this service?

Within 3 years of receipt, but some products are subject to the actual warranty period of the product.

3. How do I set up a replacement?
