Once your order is successfully submitted, our warehouse processes your order the same business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Normal shipping time is 3~7 working days by FedEx/UPS. But due to the COVID-19 and curfew, some orders will be delayed up to 2-3 weeks by FedEx & UPS and the update of FedEx/UPS online tracking information will also be delayed. Our products are shipped directly from our US warehouses and shipping is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
